Wanted to do a piece for WeLoveFine's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers tee contest, and I wanted to make it huge and full of all the hilarious and awesome baddies they've come up with. There were too many to choose from!

Those are some excellent choices for monsters. I mean, King Sphinx was like, the mascot monster for the series when it started out, although the merchandise gave him a lot more prominence than he really amounted to, since his only real spot in Ranger history was "First monster to be killed by a Megazord"; you'd think with all that publicity, Saban would have at least rented his costume for later appearances. Then there's Pudgy Pig, who's become iconic in his own way for being one of the weirdest monsters the Rangers ever fought, and they once fought an evil pizza chef. Also he was the first monster to appear in new footage shot for Power Rangers. Also, Pirantishead; unlike a lot of Sentai monsters who were prominent villains turned into filler for Power Rangers *CoughKingSphinxcoughcoughGoldgoyle*, this guy was a filler monster turned important. He wrecked the Dino Zords. Finally, we have Knasty Knight, who's not too stand-out a monster, but he's one of my favorites because I have a soft spot for black knights, and he's a pretty typical example of that particular breed of villain.

Wow, I care way too much about rubber-suited baddies on kids shows.
